Franchise Fees, Build-Out & Start-Up Costs

 Our franchise fee is $30,000, which grants you the rights to operate under the Vogue Bubble Tea & Coffee Bar brand. This fee covers:

✅ Comprehensive Training – Hands-on and virtual training covering operations, customer service, and product preparation.
✅ Operational Support – Ongoing business guidance, marketing strategies, and operational best practices.
✅ Store Setup Assistance – Help with site selection, store layout, and initial inventory guidance.
✅ Vendor & Supply Chain Access – Exclusive pricing and relationships with trusted suppliers for ingredients and equipment.
✅ Marketing & Grand Opening Support – Promotional assistance, social media exposure, and materials to drive initial traffic.
✅ Proprietary Recipes & Menu – Access to our unique, high-quality recipes that set us apart in the market.

This fee is a one-time cost and does not include the build-out, equipment, or ongoing operational expenses.

 As a Vogue Bubble Tea & Coffee Bar franchisee, you will be responsible for the following ongoing fees:

✅ Royalty Fee: 6% of Gross Sales

• This fee supports continued business growth, operational support, and brand development.
• It grants access to updated training, new product innovations, and ongoing business consulting.
• Helps maintain high-quality standards and consistency across all franchise locations.

✅ Marketing Fee: 1% of Gross Sales

• Contributes to regional marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness.
• Funds digital advertising, social media promotions, and other marketing initiatives.
• Helps drive customer traffic to all locations through strategic brand exposure.

These fees ensure that you receive ongoing support, brand recognition, and resources to maximize your franchise’s success!

The total investment necessary to begin operation of a franchised business ranges from $197,300 to $404,750. This includes $30,000 which must be paid to the franchisor or affiliate. The total investment  necessary to begin operation of an Area Development Business for 3-5 outlets is $210,900 to $390,250.
